In 2022, we took a step further towards our commitment to Sustainability, outlining a precise short to medium term strategy up to 2025 deriving from the materiality matrix, with a full set of ambitious targets and indicators: Sustainable Horizons.

The Sustainability Committee plays a vital role in overseeing and enhancing the Company’s sustainability initiatives. 

The Sustainability Committee is composed by four members, among which two are in independent members of the Board of Directors: Veronica Vecchi (Chair and Independent director), An-Ping (Nelson) Chang, Carlalberto Guglielminotti and Chen-Ming Chang (independent director).
