NHOA at Energy Storage Summit Europe 2022

Milan, 24 February 2021 – NHOA brought its expertise to the Energy Storage Summit Europe 2022, which took place in-person in London on 23-24 February.

Held annually since 2016, the Energy Storage Summit Europe is the meeting place for the main stakeholders of the European storage industry, who gather to discuss key topics of the sector through informative panel sessions, case studies, networking roundtables and private workshops sessions.

The 7th edition examined how the supply chain has been affected by global disruption and increased demand, as well as the best ways to maximize revenue for businesses.

Among the top-5 storage system integrators worldwide thanks to more than 15 years of experience and 1GWh of projects under development, NHOA Energy, NHOA Group’s Global Business Line dedicated to stationary storage, gave its contribution in three panels.

On the first day, Giuseppe Artizzu, CEO of NHOA Energy and NHOA Group General Manager, took part in the panel “Stability in Supply” to discuss the rapid increase in demand for batteries and how developers can create stability in their supply chain through evaluating suppliers.

Later the same day, Fabrizio Ciaccia, NHOA Energy Senior Business Development Manager, participated in the panel “Co-location: Opportunities for the Storage Industry” to talk about how energy providers are moving away from reliance on fossil fuels and looking towards renewables.

Eventually, on the second day, Lucie Kanius-Dujardin, NHOA Energy VP Global Markets and Development, attended “Mergers and Acquisition: Changing Landscapes in Storage” panel to debate on how businesses can utilize strategic partnerships to enable successful transactions, as the storage market progresses and more joint ventures emerge.

The event has been an occasion to analyze the energy storage market trends together with the other main players of the sector strengthening our capabilities to face the new opportunities and challenges ahead.
