Work Experience
Roberta Romano has been a key member of NHOA since 2017. After successfully overseeing the development of the Legal and Compliance Department across the entire NHOA Group as General Counsel, she has ascended to the position of leading the Global Corporate Office.
Prior to joining the NHOA Group, Mrs. Romano accumulated valuable expertise in commercial law while working for a prominent global law firm based in Milan.
Education
Mrs. Romano’s educational journey is marked by excellence. She studied at the National University of Singapore, earning her law degree (J.D. equivalent) from Luigi Bocconi University. Complementing her legal foundation, she also holds an Executive Master in Business Administration (MBA) from ESCP Europe Business School.
