Work Experience
Ludovica Solera joined NHOA, then EPS, in 2015 as a Chemical specialist supporting the H2 R&D team in the CE certification process of the hydrogen platform. In 2017, she was involved in the design of the company’s Integrated Management System, certifying it to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards, and led the company’s qualification process as a supplier to major European utilities, becoming HSEQ Manager. In 2020, while he was at the forefront of managing the COVID-19 emergency, he also started coordinating HR activities, contributing to the creation of a department that now has 13 people distributed among the Group’s various legal entities and supporting the company’s growth from less than 100 employees to the current 540, the development of the Group’s People Strategy and the implementation of the NHOA Elite Program.
Education
Mrs Solera graduated cum laudae in Industrial Chemistry at the University of Turin.
Family & Free Time
Ms Solera has played volleyball for 16 years and owes much of what she is today to this sport. She loves hiking, skiing and spending her free time with her family, with her son Lorenzo, awaiting the arrival of his little brother Simone.
