Work experience
Francesca Sorgoni joined NHOA, formerly Engie EPS, in May 2019 as part of the Legal and Compliance department and is now Head of Governance, Ethics&Compliance Affairs. She is a lawyer and before NHOA she worked for an international law firm based in Rome where she gained an extensive experience in the field of civil and commercial law. As a lawyer, she also had the occasion to work for a legal firm in Bordeaux, France.
Education
Mrs. Sorgoni studied at the Université Bordeaux-Montaigne and at the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas and awarded her law degree (J.D. equivalent) from Sapienza University of Rome. She currently speaks fluently Italian, English and French.
Family & Free Time
Mrs. Sorgoni is a passionate traveller and a cooking lover. She enjoys travelling all around the world tasting new dishes and flavours that she loves replicate in her kitchen in Rome where she lives with her beloved dog Gianna.
