Cristian Calandri
Group Chief Information Officer
Work Experience:
Cristian has more than 20 years of experience in Information Systems, Cyber Security and has a strong background in networking area.
Cristian joined NHOA Group, at the time Electro Power Systems in early 2015 as IT Specialist and in a short time, he adopted many hardware and software standards and started creating processes and procedures.
In 2018 he was appointed as IT Manager, he was responsible for the service desk, IT infrastructure and in general for everything was related to information and communication technology.
In 2021, he was appointed as Chief Information Officer. He was in charge of defining and executing the IT infrastructure strategy for the company, in particular for key transversal components such as the Cyber Security strategy, the global network program, the communication and collaboration services, the identity and access management and mobility.
Starting from 2023, Cristian is the Group Chief Information Officer of NHOA Corporate, leading a team of 15 people, he is in charge of the IT Governance, the IT Compliance, the global IT strategy, responsible for the proper definition and development of the global IT infrastructure and communication services. In his role, he also managing several major transversal IT projects such as Cloud and ERP transition and Cyber Security development close to the Chief Information Security Officer.
Education:
He holds a technical degree in electronic industries with specialization in telecommunications, then, has obtained a specialist qualification in computer networks management with the highest marks. In 2015, shortly before joining Electro Power Systems, Cristian obtained the MTCNA certification (MT. Certified Network Associate) and in April 2018 the MTCRE (MT. Certified Routing Engineer).
Family & Free Time:
Cristian regularly practices swimming, mountain biking and skiing and spends the rest of his free time with his sons Leonardo and Denis and his wife Anastasya.
