Education
Utterback holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso. She has practiced public accounting for 35 years and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Montana Society of CPAs.

Cindy enjoys fly fishing and hiking with her husband, Jim, and their dogs in the mountains of Montana.
